Also edited the unused waiting sprite because i have heard about it being used

Fixed super conics eyes because i used the fur color
The super/hyper palette replaces the fur color to any colors, including the eyes
Changed the green in his pallete to blue and used it so it dosent look like hes blind
Next up
test video
should fix the special stage sprites because of his shading flipping in the walk cycle
