For those unaware, We were 5 people doing the game when we started the development of trtfsr back in September 2025.

Over the time, many of us were caught with our own personal lives taking up time from us, and finally, last month 3 out of 5 people voted to dissolve the development team and go on with their own development path and lives. In the end, a vast majority of them were on their 18-19's and that left only me and my other friend alone with a project thag overrode our capabilities. Last friday, he left and that left me fully alone, unsure of what to do since I haven't been working on this a lot lately.

I have my own obligations, my job and essentially I have to find my own ways to make a living. I need to take care of my family (Which mostly lives in other parts of the country) and over all, every day feels harder to keep pretending im 14 years old. I turn 18 soon and I must prepare to acquire more and more responsabilities which drain time for doing TRTF. So I have no other option than cancel this fangame and move on for a while.

I do wish to say that this is not a "Leaving gamejolt and game dev" kind of post. Making games is still something I enjoy and GameJolt's community is usually very warm and supportive towards what I do, even if my time here was mostly whining and complaining on the internet in an edgy way.
