Fixed the majority of v2.5.9 Shadow Vinnie being weird (messed up perspective, messed up quality and probably more).
Some cheat toggles will now automatically be disabled and cannot be enabled when certain options are not enabled.
"Force Bed Sequence" for Monster Vinnie is still bugged and should be fixed in the next update.
Added "Freeze Time" option which freezes time. Surprise surprise.

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
