lts seems like that dandy, is the antagonist of the game sending the toons to putting their lives in danger for extracting ichor machines in the other floors.

However, dandy's personality is also suspicious, pretending to be normal in his appearance.

here's a guide how to avoid his twisted form or a counterpart:

Stage 1:

In the elevator after beating a random floor, dandy only appears temporarily to give the players a trinkets to help them through making it to the upper floors, and he leaves after buying a trinket, this is his normal expression.

Stage 2:

As you can see, dandy expression is getting different, because if the players doesn't have enough tapes or not buying any of the trinkets (being ignored), he will immediately with a sad expression.

Stage 3:

Well this is the last stage of his appearance in the elevator, his expression is known as "hurt face", that means he is gonna get revenge on the players for not buying a trinket from him and turning to his twisted counterpart / form.

if you don't want to this happen, you must buy a trinket from him, to reset him to his normal expression (stage 1), if you get lucky having enough tapes.

If you missed it, his twisted counterpart/ form will appear in random floors and starts to chase you if he spots you, and thats will make your escaping from him more difficult, because his attention is really high than the other twisteds.
