Basically makes it so that the power goes down fast. Around 3 usage. But adds a generator that needs to be held for 30 seconds so it can be back to full power. keeps it's progress while recharging. (Fun Fact: Bad Power is actually in the OG game files back when the challenges were planned to be with the base game.)
