in 1974, many patrons of "joe's pizzeria and funhouse" claimed to see a black figure with glowing red eyes during their time there, and would experience strong headaches and vomiting after seeing this apparent entity

the children's drawing shown above was found inside the restaurant when it was closed for investigations. the figure seen within the drawing matches descriptions of the promptly named "hatman" that were described by interviewed witnesses

(all of this writing being a funny little explanation for my horrible art skills)
