WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THE ENGINE?

So, the current official engine is Turbowarp - which is a modification for scratch - with the "files" addon, which makes it easier for me to manage save files.

HOW WILL THE SAVE SYSTEM WORK?

Well, thanks to the files addon, the save system will be a simple file loader in the menu. If you want to save, it downloads a .txt (or maybe something different) file under the name "SNwtH_Save" and if you want to load a file, load that file.

WHAT IS THE CURRENT PLAN?

The current plan is to make a DEMO for the first game and release that. Then release the full game later. (The DEMO save will be compatible with the full game)

WHAT IS THE CURRENT PROGRESS?

The current progress is just art really. No coding progress has been made as of now.
