I think that old barto got destroyed by Nigel because he was tired of the old bots and after the fourth location got shut down he opened the fifth location and decided to make new animatronics. For example, the Endo looking one and he decided to not finish it and then old Barto spirit possessed it and then it decided to find old Barto old body and take the limbs off of it to fix itself.
