Uhhh you ever just make a lighthearted Sonic.EXE character based on Popee the Performer, and he ends up looking kinda actually creepy because you gave him NES color palette limitations for aesthetics or whatever?

I just went in and doodled based on my train of thought without really thinking of anything specific to draw going in and ended up with a faucet-head, what's going on
