I wanted to give this character something on his head that would make his design unique and appealing. then I remember the villain Kaos from the Skylanders series and he had this like makeup on his face so I thought I should try that and that's how I gave Static makeup on his face the pentagram on his belly is just there to reflect the fact he's a demon from some demon world or something.
