I was originally going to reveal him in a manner similar to the FNAF teasers. I then decided it was too generic and wanted to reveal him in a way @nugget-sans would.
Then, i said "Scratch that!" and turned over to the opposite of dark : Comedy!
Took a lot of brainstorming of ideas before making that joke.

Eevee (The Evolution Pokémon)
Another classic among trainers!
Eevee has an unstable DNA structure, which mutates Eevee based on its surroundings. It can evolve into other Pokémon when exposed to evolution stones.
DO NOT MIX THE STONES!

Porygon (The Virtual Pokémon)
The world's very first digital Pokémon! Created in 1995 by Silph Co, it's capable of converting its body into various other types, as well as digitize itself into the cyberspace!
Porygon is also copy-protected.

Flareon (The Flame Pokémon)
The results of an Eevee being exposed to a Fire Stone. Its body temperature can reach up to 900 degrees celcius. It also becomes capable of breathing fire as hot as 1700 degrees.

Lapras (The Transport Pokémon)
A gentle Pokémon often used by trainers to surf around the waters. Unfortunately, it was hunted to near extinction.
One guy took it upon himself to breed as many Lapras as he could. Now there's an overabundance of them.

Ditto (The Transform Pokémon)
It can rearrenge its cellular structure to transform into a nearly perfect copy of another Pokémon.
Its only weakness is that it can't keep its disguise together when it laughs.

Jolteon (The Lightning Pokémon)
The results of an Eevee being exposed to a Thunder Stone. Its cells are capable of generating its own electricity.
Using it, it can shoot out its fur like a lightning bolt, which just so happens to have 10 000 volts.
Prototype A-73 is in the game.

Kabuto (The Shellfish Pokémon)
A long-extinct prehistoric Pokémon who's fossil was brought back to life with modern technology!
It hides on the sea floor by using its shell as camouflage. The shell molts every three days.
There's not much else known.
