Sparky does not appear in the main version of the game because it was dismantled and your Endoskeleton is the one that is with Loxley (Mangle).

And in FNaF 2, Endo 1.2 It's him after becoming one, finally freeing himself from Mangle.

Oh, and just so you know, he doesn't have a soul; he's controlled by agony.
