CHARACTERS FEATURED ARE LOOEY FROM DANDYS WORLD AND JIMMY FROM BULLY
I was like a quarter donw with the anim, then I realized I had forgotten his shades, and then I decided I wasn't satisfied with his colors, so I couldnt just play it off and make it seem like he pulled it our hisnpocket, so NOW i gotta start over
