Valiant: So do you mind if I ask you a few questions?
Chara: That depends do you mind if I ask you a few questions
Valiant: Sure but I will start us off
Chara: Fair enough
Valiant: So how were you able to make them and more importantly bring them to life
Chara: Well that is an interesting question with an interesting answer. You see it is all because of my (second) greatest invention the cell multiplier. I had to build them part by part and the cell multiplier makes it all possible. You see how it works is that when you put a piece of a living organism underneath it (for example a bicep muscle) the machine would boost the cells regeneration process until it is fully developed. So I rinsed and repeated until all the parts were made then all I had to do was put them together like a very complex puzzle. Once all of the pieces were put together they would come to life. One thing I tested was “what would happen if I put a nonliving thing underneath it” to test this hypothesis I put a bundle of wires underneath it and so ennard was born.
Valiant: So not only can it make body parts but it can personify nonliving things
Chara: Apparently however I do not use it much anymore unless I or someone I know loses like a leg for example.
Valiant: You realize if you sold this you could probably be one of the richest people in the world
Chara: Why would I need to with the empress around
Valiant: Oh yea
Chara: Anyway it is my turn, so how did you find out about the funtimes
Valiant: An anonymous tip told us that you were conducting illegal genetic experiments in the vincent estate
Chara: Hmm odd
Valiant: So how did you give the funtimes their abilities
Chara: I designed these “medicines” that I inserted into them at a young age to enhance their abilities and new skills. Anything that was not added was part of them from the beginning
Valiant: Could these medicines work on normal humans?
Chara: I would rather not test that. Anyway that is two questions so that means I get two questions. One why do you want to research the funtimes
Valiant: Well after seeing that people can be fabricated and that they can be given powers we think they could be an alternative to armed troops in warfare. Instead of sacrificing civilians, we could send in superhumans that are not only more skilled and powerful than normal humans but they can be remade and replaced.
Chara: That was not what I wished for this project
Valiant: Now I know that there is yet another alternative if what your telling me is true we can fabricate organs muscles bones and possibly entire humans so now even if we lose someone in battle we can bring them back through the power of cell multiplication.
Chara: Now that is more like it, anyway that answers another question and I don’t have any more so ask away
Valiant: Well tell me more about this sponsor because he seems to play a more important role than you let off
Chara: William st Athton or was it afton? I don’t recall he sponsored the creation of the funtimes and the cell multiplier. He wanted to use the funtimes for his own selfish purposes. He took ennard and basically beat the humanity out of him. When the other funtimes were created he came by each week and “tested” which I use loosely it was more of an excuse for him to abuse and humiliate them. This was how scrap was added to baby, william was abusing the other funtimes for not doing a task he wanted them to. Baby got fed up and bit him right on the ankle. William took out his cane and beat her off of him. Because they were really small at the time it looked like he had just taken a swing at a golf ball. She was hurled across the room and little did I know that there was a chip on the end of his cane that crawled up her nose and attached to her brain. Essentially adding a new persona to her I see them argue back and forth and it seems that neither of them could convince or take control of the other.
Valiant: Oh so he knows a thing or two about them
Chara: Oh he knows more than “a thing or two” after I left he stole the blueprints to the cell multiplier and started making his own creations.
Valiant: The badtimes
Chara: How do you know about the badtimes
Valiant: an anonymous tip told us that professor bookworm had been doing illegal experiments on humans when we investigated the scene we found the badtimes.
Chara: That person lied to you. The badtimes were created to kill the funtimes but they ended up being a failure on williams part we caught them one by one and showed them that there was more to life than being servants… no slaves for william. Me and bookworm are close friends so we decided that he would be the parent figure for the badtimes. I heard that bookworm was teaching them to be “titans in training” I assure you that he was not doing anything illegal
Valiant: Well we are still going to study them and try and get extra data
Chara: In any case that is my thoughts on William and the badtimes
Valiant: What is your relationship with the funtimes
Chara: They are my children and I love them as a parent should love their children. And they love me as children should love their parents. The only one that does not seem to show it is ennard but I do not blame his anger
Valiant: You were found at the vincent estate, how did you end up there
Chara: Ennard ran from william and found his way back to me I saw what he did to him physically and mentally. I knew that if I did not flee that would be the fate of the rest of the funtimes. So I gathered everyone together and we ran off. We eventually found ourselves at the vincent estate where he let us stay. I was so thankful that every day I would thank him for his generosity. Eventually, he thought of us as part of his family. What a shame all that came to an abrupt end
Valiant: I do apologize chara
Chara: It’s fine besides this is going to come to an end soon
Valiant: Anyway I have one final question. How does the empress fit into all of this
Chara: The empress is by technicality one of the badtimes but she was made in between the funtimes and the badtimes.
Valiant: So you mentioned that she was made to sink ships how?
Chara: She was made to be very large. She is an excellent swimmer no matter what form she has taken she also has what I call “geokinesis” the ability to move rocks with her thoughts. She can form weapons with whatever mineral she has taken the form of and the combination of those two things makes her one of the most powerful beings in this world. Basically she has an infinite supply of ammo and she can control the size and quantity. The empress, however, will never kill anyone instead she takes the people from the ships she sank and she freezes them in time turning them into statues. I saw a few myself I felt them and I could still feel a faint heartbeat.
Valiant: How can the empress control her size
Chara: She has an ability I like to call “situation manipulation” she can see into the short term future to find out what is going to happen. She told us that you were coming and that if we resisted we would only end up getting hurt and if we gave ourselves up none of us would get hurt. She was able to read the situation and she shrank herself so she could regrow herself and escape. I can tell she is a lot smarter than she lets on. If only I knew what is in that head of hers
Valiant: Can you tell me anything else about the funtimes
Chara: Well they are all coming so you can ask them when they get here
Valiant: Speaking of which I have one final test for them. We are in a maximum-security prison with over 3,000 guards each armed with high tech weapons. I have told them to arm themselves with non lethals (tranquilizers tasers ect). When the funtimes come they have full permission to use those weapons against them.
Chara: Okay
Valiant: I have a deal I want to make a deal
Chara: Do tell
Valiant: If my guards can knock out all of the funtimes the we get full permission to do any tests we want. But if they get to you I will let all of you go no questions asked
Chara: Deal
Valiant: Good I can assure you that the funtimes will be in no real danger
Chara: Hehehehe

Chara: You my friend have made a very bad decision
