Game Delayed

So, I initially planned the game to release today. However that isn't going to be happening. The Menu Background is not finished.

The unfortunate part is that I am going on vacation today, and will be gone till June 6th, where I will hopefully be back.

I have decided to use this time to have Cracky, the guy who made the Level Completion Screen, draw some more art. Specifically character portraits.

In Flying Red Barrel, characters would have portraits that would show up when they talked, so that is the plan. When a character talks in one of the levels, their portrait showing what they look like will appear alongside the text.

After the game releases, I will be releasing Full Body images of the various characters to the GameJolt Page.

The plan is to release the game Mid-June, and release the Fullbodies throughout the rest of June, and maybe July depending on how fast the artist works. (This is not a set in stone schedule, the game could easily get delayed again.)

I hope you all understand that this is to improve the game experience. Hopefully once the game releases, you will enjoy it as much as I have enjoyed working on it. <3

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
