Ah, here it is again, the game dev tip of the week, and the game of the week.

My tip of the week is to do things by yourself. That might seem dumb, but I recently hired an artist, he bailed on me, and I had to cancel a much wanted game because of it. Another suggestion, if you don’t know programming or something, then go ahead and hire someone who will work, and make sure he’s trustworthy. Make ‘em sign a document about it, and then if they leave, you could charge them hundreds of dollars. (Don’t do that, I’m just saying you could).

My game of the week is Crash Drive 2, which in my opinion is one of the best online driving games I’ve ever played. It’s smooth, my Windows Vista can handle it with ease, there’s never any lag, and no bugs to be heard of. And the best part isn’t even that. It’s that the game is a driving SANDBOX game. Ever heard of that online? (well, if you have, post in the comments) It’s masterfully made, and I don’t think there’s any other game out there that’s done what this game has done. I’ve never played most online games longer than mabye an hour, this one i’ve devoted probably 10 too. And for an online game, that’s a lot. If you want to play with me, I’m StuntLads on there. I greatly suggest playing this game, but if racing sandbox games aren’t for you, well then, you can play something else.
