the night is now longer because even though the battery was used up quickly, the nights were too short to cause any difficulty
and the ispiritus are no longer so active (why the change is, I don't know, I just saw @Piratestringer 
's video and thought it would be better to change)

Do you think the guppy needs a new mechanism that goes beyond just turning on the light?
