We've been asked about our gameplay lately. Here's a look at a few of the different styles you’ll see in the game!
-Narrative-driven dialogue
This is the one you see a lot in the GIFs we post. You'll choose from various text dialogue tree choices to influence the personality and interactions of the playable characters.
-Arcade game
Who doesn’t love destroying a few Lovecraftian monsters at a kid’s birthday party?
-Old school text adventure game puzzles
We tweaked this section a LOT over the last several months, moving away from the endless typing/text parser options and borrowing inspiration instead from LucasArts text adventures that allow you to select actions and items from an inventory.
-Interactive odds and ends!
(We couldn’t really think of a better way of putting this, but think screens you interact with that give you insights into the world of that particular character.)
