GARTEN OF SPAM SPAM - JUNE DEVLOG
GoSS has been going well so far, nothing much to say. I've been taking a few days off to do other things. The game is ahead of schedule, which is a good thing! (The game is slated to release by August, btw, this is my summer project.)
The status of development on the other hand... I'm not sure. I can't exactly say how far in I am, but for reference, I just finished remaking the Opila Bird puzzle (the egg hunt one) which sounds like a good sign... until you think about how much is left.
I'd describe development as being so close yet so far. I say this because there's still so much artwork that needs done. The enemies are done, but I need to assemble the pieces together.
Overall, I am very confident in saying that Garten of SpamSpam will release either during or before August. I won't let this game get cancelled like my last game did. If that were to happen, then y'all could bully me about it until I complete the game.
In the meantime, enjoy this preview of a cutscene in the game! Just take note that hardly anything here is final.
Now, one more thing. After this game is finished, I'm gonna start work on another project. I did some very very very very very VERY early testing with color pallets for new characters designs. Take a look, see if you can guess what the project is about. (Yes, it will involve Kris and Susie)
Finally, even though there's only seven followers on this page, I'm at least glad that those seven people are showing interest in this project. Thank you so much! (I don't know how to do endings so bye!)
