After being unlisted due to Cheatso's departure from my universe, Gerzad's Threat has returned, completely revamped. Here are the major changes:
Cheatso is no longer here. Instead, we have the character created to be their replacement: Mistymago, the Magician. None of their dialogue is shared with Cheatso (aka, whatever Cheatso previously said, Mistymago says something completely different).
All art has been completely remade. Faces, battle sprites, skill and item icons, CGs, etc.
Added some new features that were present in my more recent games.
Story and dialogue has been reworked and rewritten to fit the updated lore of my universe.
Totally reworked all party members' abilities to make them all useful, instead of having one superior to all others.
All bosses' HP changed. Early game bosses had their health buffed to make them last a little longer, and late game bosses had their health reduced to prevent the fight from being a slog.
Bosses that previously were just "hit enemy until dead" now each have a unique gimmick to make the battle more interesting.
A few songs replaced.
A few new achievements.
There may be a few things I missed to list in this devlog, but honestly, I'd rather you experience it yourself. After all, I don't wanna spoil the surprise early.
