this is an almost fully comprehensive list of all of the items and mobs that are completely exclusive to structures

in the spore infection mod there is a rare chance that an infected adventurer can spawn as technoblade ( with a little hailow on top of his head )

you can also just rename any infected adventurer to Technoblade and it would give the same effect
