My most embarrasing death was in Minecraft.
You see, My nether base/hub was built right over a lava lake on a tiny cliff attatched to the top of the nether roof and almost all the walls and floors were very thin and I wanted to expand the place. I forgot about the thinness of some of the walls and I broke the wrong wall and fell straight into lava lake and lost all my stuff.
My friend could not stop laughing afterwards. I don't blame him

(I had to do a full system wipe and install my os using usb)
