As much as I want to revamp (Not reboot the entire game) the movesets to being more akin to Sonic Battle M.E (Cyanide) and ABAB's movesets
putting this project aside + Sonic.exe Infinite Spirits.
TLDR: It's not cancelled. Hiatus
