The good news is that the new rules don't affect the demo! The bad news is that they affect 1 skin in the full game. (Albeit it was a skin I was going between existing designs for anyway)
Be sure to read the new guidelines/rules here if you're making an mm remake/mod! Or if you want to be updated on stuff in general.
Oh yeah, one last thing I should mention regarding the mandates!
This character is NOT Sonny. I know they look alike, but he was never intended to be Sonny.
He's just a small Clone Sonic I drew that ended up becoming somewhat of a mascot.

Along with Clone Mario, '15 Golden Sonic has also gotten an update! Mostly just to remove those pesky proportion issues from the original...
