Fern = who I’ll refer to as “Fernheart”

Fernheart is one of the two corrupted cats by CS, their life may have been taking a bad turn. Fernheart in this case we ridiculed and shunted by her clan causing her to have strange dreams, in one dream a black and white cat (Myth) talks to her, she tells her that she can have a better life living with her and by her rules.

after numerous torturous nights of refusal she finally agrees… in the dream some sore to bug or insect flits towards her, latching onto her face and basically becoming a part of her… like a tummy ‘bug’, a bug basically almost like a virus on a computer.

the eyes symbolise that she opened her eyes to reality one last time before the butterfly became her eyes. The virus, the new twisted reality.
