Added Item Counter in the fight if you press the I key the counter changes opacity until it disappears.

The maximum number of extra items for dying too much has been changed.
In normal mode, you can now only have 1 extra item die.There was a change in the save.
Fixed bug that caused the game not to exit.
Fixed bug in options that prevented changing the game volume.
