When they were desinging the new Funtime Foxy (or Toy Foxy) obviesly they based it on the original by Afton and made it female, but never fineshed her and just threw her in the kids cove for the kids to play around. (trust me on this) Remember Susie's dog? I think it was male and it possesed the new Funtime Foxy, or now as they call her: Mangle. And that's why we don't know Mangle's gender, it's a male dog soul in a female fox body.
