Guys.. I think I know what's wrong with my current pc after doing some research.
The BIOS is corrupted. There is no POST screen [power on self test] where it shows the pc hardware. And its corrupted cause of my stupid younger self who turned off that pc incorrectly. That means it isn't checking if the hardware is compatible with windows 10.
That may be why it crashes.
