you already saw the zombotany shenanigans we've shared but we have more stuff planned as well, and skap is cooking something very useful dev-side that should make level mapping super simple :O
despite that i can't really provide you guys a good ETA for the new version. thanksgiving is coming up and that'll probably slow us down since we'll all be out with our families and whatnot.
(image 2) there is one other thing i want to share though; this was some time ago but we've replaced the watering can with a new sprays mechanic! they affect plants or zombies in an area (depending on effect) and have limited usage (similar to its predecessor). the spray in the image (Slow Spray) will chill zombies it is used on, allowing for some extra stalling power. we have another spray planned that accelerates plant attacks/other actions as well (Speed Spray)
we're cooking the game, we just overcooked it the first time around and have to wait for an integer underflow to get it out at the right time again
