-Drawn Character Portraits
-Easier and more understandable battle system
-Experimenting the Negotiation option before battle.
-Randomized chests
-updated cutscene
-Velvet Room is now a Bathhouse
-Scan ability, finally
-One eyed Capo coming soon...

This beta patch however ends after the Black Sabbath arc after the first social link interaction with Giorno.
Again, the data is not encrypted so you can take a sneak peak of the game, though... spoilers are there...
