Can somebody explain to me what this badge is

Picked up my drawing tablet for the first time in months and spent like 5-6 hours on this Still learning how to draw better in general too- (and only used an airbrush pattern on the hat at some points, everything else is just lines!)

Can officially say im starting to get the hang of Blender and Human Modelling
