I have edited the logo to look "Better?"

Game_Progress channel has been removed and announcement channel will be used for that purpose now

I realized that there is no real list of what happens when you break any of the rules so now, the things that happen when you break rules are now listed in the description of the community.

I have changed the theme color. Not really as important as the other stuff here but I thought I would include it.
