Yes, this is the iteration of me posting once and then disappearing, but pay no mind to it.
General Information (Regarding Party)
Party Level: 10
Party Members: Dragonborn Druid/Monk, Kobold Artificer (I think, I forgot the class), Blood Hunter (I forgot the race), Human Fighter/Barbarian, Orc Paladin/Rogue, Human Paladin/Fighter (Me)
Party Goal: Stop whatever eldritch horror beyond mortal comprehension that came out of the sky from destroying everything.
General Information (Regarding My Character)
Character Name: Hikaru Wakefield
Race: Human
Background: Criminal
Level: 10
Class(es): Paladin 7 (Oath of Vengeance), Fighter 3 (Battle Master)
Character Goal(s): Kill the knight who killed his father (succeeded), Reunite with his long lost mother
Out-Of-Character Build Goal: I'm still somewhat new to the game, but what I want to do is tap into some spells that are outside of Paladin's spells that can do good damage and compliment my versatility and tankiness. I was thinking a spellcaster class for me to add, but I'd have to run it by my DM first.
However, for the sake of this post, let's go with the hypothetical that the DM will LET me add a third class (I will run everything else by the other party members as well). I figured that maybe I could try doing Warlock or Sorcerer for the first time, so I looked up what each of it meant, and the two most common terms were "Hexadin" (Hexblade Warlock and Paladin) and "Sorcadin" (Paladin and Sorcerer). Mind you, I don't know the potential of each path. That is where you, the community, come in and help me choose. If you have any other reasoning, then tell me WHY you chose your choice. You do not have to choose out of the two paths, nor do you have to choose at all, but I just need some help trying to choose. Any and all input is appreciated. Thank you.
