Bad News.
DELGAME 2.0 data has been completely lost. It cannot be created anymore.
I was editing ULB and DDLC to produce them as standalone, but I made a mistake and saved it, and all data except ULB is gone.
Good news.
The final updated version of ULB has been released.

V2.2.1 update (important!) You can now visually check the repair progress (peak)
Also pressing F2 on the GameOver screen now allows you to skip the GameOver and quickly return to battle (peak)
