Respawnable items! Whenever you collect an item, it "loads" which makes the item impossible to collect until its done loading for around 3 minutes, basically respawnable items.

Beware of the man who speaks in triangles

Blue Lockers! These can store items you put in them. There aren't a lot on the map though. (sounds are placeholder)
