Help: The nights aren’t saving sometimes! What’s wrong?

[This is outdated and is planned to be replaced]

Due to hearing about this issue and having seen this issue, I feel as though it is important to put this here.

The game seems to have a problem when saving after beating a night, but not after finding a hidden tape.

In theory, beating the nights then finding a tape will save all of the data just fine, but beating a night and not finding a tape may for whatever reason not save the data properly. There may be an issue with the way the save is being executed when beating a night, making it not work properly.

I have tested the game on three different computers, two saved the game properly, and my new laptop doesn’t seem to save the nights, but does save the tapes.

Keep in mind that so far it appears very few are having this issue, so if everything’s okay and saving right, then don’t worry about this at all.

Decided to install Unreal Engine 4 and uninstall 5.

My computer does not sound like it is going to the moon.

My knowledge from UE5 appears to work in it, though I am aware there are differences in things.

I think I made a good decision tbh.

Some of you might remember this weird game I was making in Blender. I'm probably not going to make this into a full game as it is very messy and more for experimenting with the game engine.

I'd love to make a much better version to release someday though.
