It's a fight between two immortal (Herbert's blood basically prevents him from dying in the comics, and 049 was granted immortality by the Brothers Death) "doctors" who toy with life and death. Also, syringes.
No Steam I don't want to play either of those two last games
If they have anything even remotely related to Punch-Out!! or Tomodachi Life in the new direct I will not do anything about it aside from being happy ig idk (not gonna happen doe)
