Here are all the conference realignments that have been announced so far:

Northern Illinois: Mid-American Conference -> Mountain West Conference, effective for 2026-27 season.

Hawaii: Big West Conference -> Mountain West Conference, effective for 2026-27 season.

Grand Canyon: Western Athletic Conference -> Mountain West Conference, effective for 2026-27 season, unless allowed by MWC to join during 2025-26 season.

Gonzaga: West Coast Conference -> PAC-12 Conference, effective for 2026-27 season.

UTEP: Conference USA -> Mountain West Conference, effective for 2026-27 season.

Utah State: Mountain West Conference -> PAC-12 Conference, effective for 2026-27 season.

Boise State: Mountain West Conference -> PAC-12 Conference, effective for 2026-27 season.

Colorado State: Mountain West Conference -> PAC-12 Conference, effective for 2026-27 season.

Fresno State: Mountain West Conference -> PAC-12 Conference, effective for 2026-27 season.

San Diego State: Mountain West Conference -> PAC-12 Conference, effective for 2026-27 season.
