Here is a backstory for one of the exes fungus (he's that toad exe that you saw kill peach)
he's basically a descendent of a computer virus known as FUNGUS.BSP it's kinda like the real life melissa virus

FUNGUS.BSP was downloaded silently onto the employee's computer without him knowning and was able to make it's way into the game
