One if you are having a hard time getting seen with your videos try something different, topics that are to big like gaming simple have to many people in it to be seen, so sometimes you need to do something else in that topic or do something entirely different to get seen

If that doesn't work you might need to work on the other things that get you seen your thumbnails, and your tags. Thumbnails are very simple make something that catches the eye and makes people click without making it misleading. For tags I say you should get vidiq which is a chrome extent for finding good youtube tags I use it for finding what I should make a video for and then tags when your uploading your video having these tags are the most important part for getting your video seen as it decides where your video lands between all of the other videos

Now the real question is how to get subscribers but first I have to say you should expect not everyone to subscribe in fact your subscriber to view ratio should be lower. But how do you get people to subscribe more? Well being something they can remember if you don't have something of your own they just forgot about you, if you want another way you can mention subscribing in your videos which seems stupid but once is enough to get people to remember that they can.
