He has 3 starting positions. if you see him in cam 5 or 8 you use the control button when he comes in. If he immediately appears in the office shift to turn the lights off If he is in neither of these positions when he enters the office, turn a cam off with spacebar. He will not do the same position twice, so you can predict which one he does.
