When you fight Crossbones, he'll eventually get a call. After that, if you check over and over again, he'll do nothing because of how his fight works. So if you have the Torn Apron. You can lame him out, by wasting 3 turns per 1 hp heal, and repeat till your hp is maxed out. (Idk if it still works, but it did in 2.0.0)
