The track is reserved for Reira Hayato (勇人令螺), an OC I initially created for my original game project, now becoming a character in my Touhou AU. As her appearance suggests (Reira is the cat girl in the middle of the art I use for the vid), she is based after Undyne from Undertale, with some aspects of Yumemi Okazaki and Shou Toramaru (Shou is a tiger, and Reira is a cat, so the link between them could be obvious, since tigers are big cats).
