Scarlett’s light green eyes glowed like candles in the darkness of the building. She had a terrifying smile, a smile that showed her sadistic side. She lifted her arm and slashed her sharp ice pick in front of Daniel’s face, the edge narrowly scraping his face. Her movement was lightning quick, but Dan’s reflexes allowed him to escape more damage.

Desperate to escape, he collapsed onto the ground, his body shaking and his stomach pinched as he slowly drained any further energy he had left. Scarlett stood over, looming over him. For a moment, she put back her ice pick and gave Dan an even creepier look, but not as sadistic. More like a naughtier but insane kind of smile, actually.

The shifting of her suit filled the building as she slowly bent down and gently placed her hands around Dan’s face. Her grip was very firm, like she had no intention of letting him go. Her hands were surprisingly warm and smooth. Dan thought it would be much colder because of her metal suit, but he could feel the warmth from her hands.

“Why did you try to leave me, Daniel? I thought we had something special between us. You know, I never would’ve hurt you occasionally, but you went out of your way to escape. And I don’t like that at all. No, we don’t like that at all,” she said as she tightened her grip on Dan’s face. Scarlett spoke in a semi-seductive but also manipulative tone. It didn’t seem like she wanted to kill him, but she was willing to do whatever it took to keep him here.

“M-m-my friends are probably worried about me, Scarlett. Not only them, but my family, too. I don’t know how long I’ve been gone, but I know that I’ve been gone long enough for them to start wondering where I am,” he told her. Maybe if I can try reasoning with her, she’ll understand. She’s not like any normal animatronic. She at least has somewhat of a conscience.

“Don’t worry, my darling Daniel. I’ll let you see your precious family again, don’t worry. But for now, I want a little time with you for myself. We hardly ever get a chance to talk normally, don’t you think? Now that you’re here, though, that won’t be a problem.” Scarlett then went in closer to Dan’s face and creepily whispered into his ear. “Let’s try not to do this again, okay? This is your first escape attempt, so I’ll go a little easy on you. But try to escape without my permission again...and let’s just say you won't be experiencing just a scrape when I'm done with you. Got it?”
