AML-7001, also known as "The Tornado Filled with H.A.T.R.E.D," cannot be contained and is impervious to normal weapons. However, it has weaknesses that can be exploited, and it is possible to avoid encountering it altogether.

AML-7001 is a sentient EF5 tornado that hit Elie in 2007, though it is unclear how it gained consciousness after the event. It moves at an incredible speed and possesses limbless, sphere-shaped hands that can morph into a sword made of molten plasma. AML-7001's eyes are pitch-red, and its hands are composed of air, water vapor, and flesh. Additionally, it can slide under overpasses. AML-7001 and its companion, AML-7001-1, were once the highest-ranking members of a group called Tornado-tior and Hurricane-lite, respectively.

AML-7001 can be damaged by SCPs or FCs that control the weather, and its blood is sulfuric acid that has three phases. It can be captured or killed if enough SCPs or FCs work together, though it has the ability to revive itself. It can be tricked into self-destructing and is vulnerable to lava. AML-7001-1 has the power to control the mind of AML-7001.

AML-7001 exhibits extreme hostility towards other SCPs and FCs and actively seeks out opportunities to attack them.

AML-7001-1, on the other hand, is a Keter-class anomalous object that takes the form of a sentient cat 5 hurricane with powers similar to AML-7001, but stronger. It was formerly a non-anomalous cat 5 hurricane named Andrew in 1994. AML-7001-1 has a green eye in its center and is monitored by radar due to its size. A warning is issued if it approaches a major city.
