just wanna remind anybody going through a hard time, that you are loved, and that when you think people don't like you. they do.

im not very mentally healthy, but i have seen the ins and outs, and you should know that the feeling of others judgment is almost always just you thinking to hard. it's a good thing to be thoughtful of your interactions, but dont let it reach into your mind.

and if you think your parents dislike you, they don't. you will always have bumps in the road. so dont let one problem break you down.

and im not some stupid little "oh dont be sad it's bad for you" person, i actually know it. so before i head off to do my own thing, here is some tips to remind you what to do if youre feeling mentally unwell.

  1. crying is good for you, enough said, people will tell you it's bad to cry, but it releases serotonin (basically)

  2. drink water and tea, soda is addictive. and when you stop drinking it you'll feel a change.

  3. hangout with the people you like. no need to elaborate.

well, please keep safe, and avoid doing things that could make the pain worst (i.e. nicotine and heavy amounts recreational physcodellics and drugs)
