Hey, everyone. So, after recent controversy and dramas, I will be setting up a help wanted for the DemonToons Company. And I will add in any returning members. However, if they don't accept when October comes, they will be removed from the company.

Soul Transferring (Milestone 0), "A soul that just got into the world of DemonToons." Freshly recruited members, new employees, interns, or anyone just joining the DemonToons fold.
Require: Being hired
Reward: Able to make population.
Imp Initiate (Milestone 1), “Every demon starts small—before wreaking chaos, you must learn to stir the pot.” Members that has learned the basics of creativity.
Require: Completing onboarding, finishing first small project or asset.
Reward: Joining the DemonToons Community Group Chat.
Hellhound Apprentice (Milestone 2), "The hounds of hell are trained, but still learning to bite with purpose.” Members who have proven themselves with a few solid contributions.
Require: Completing 3–5 projects, mastering core tools or software, showing initiative.
Reward: Able to get shout outs.
Shadow Artisan (Milestone 3), “The shadows whisper secrets only those who create can hear.” Core contributors and skilled creatives.
Require: Successfully leading a small project, making something that gets featured publicly, or mastering a niche skill.
Reward: Main Games Community Manager
Nightmare Commander (Milestone 4), “The nightmares obey only those who know their patterns.” Mid-tier leaders, senior artists, or experienced devs who manage others.
Require: Leading a project from start to finish, mentoring multiple members, significantly impacting DemonToons’ output.
Reward: Community Moderator
Demon Lieutenant (Milestone 5), “Command the chaos; bend the night to your will.” Senior members with serious responsibility.
Require: Managing large teams, leading major projects, mentoring leaders.
Reward: Community Jam Organizer
Archfiend (Milestone 6), “The fire of creation burns brightest here—every soul feels its heat.” Top-tier creatives, directors, or lead developers.
Require: Successfully launching major titles, defining DemonToons’ creative vision, establishing studio culture.
Reward: Main Games Full Collaborator and Community Full Collaborator.
