So Trump recently issued an executive order against trans rights, declaring the following (and I quote:)
"“Female” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the large reproductive cell.
“Male” means a person belonging, at conception, to the sex that produces the small reproductive cell."
The problem with this is that, at conception, biologically, everybody is female.
Regardless of chromosomes (which go unmentioned,) the female gender is the default for humans, and it's not until later in development that the gender is fully determined by the fetus via the Y chromosome making itself known. If the Y chromosome does not make itself known (which it technically does not AT conception,) then the fetus will develop female reproductive organs.
Essentially, in Trump's beautiful America, everyone is a woman.
