as you may or may not know, luigis voice actor, charles martinet isnt doing the voice acting gig anymore. this is kind of sad as a luigi fan as hes like the guy that MADE my childhood so i drew this drawing to kind of honor him i guess, i just felt like it was the right thing to do or something i dont know.
