#MyManic is a way to post your fanart and let me know about it without having to mention me (you can still use that way too, obviously)
I also used it so people could post their own versions of Manic (For example Nightmare Manic by @GuyJustExcitedForFNAS or Alt Manic by @SunnehBoiOfficial 
), You create your own version of Manic, based on whatever and add the # to your post, and you can also mention me
The Manic variants you make will be incorporated into the lore of Manic's Adventures in one way or another, but it is 100% confirmed that they will appear
So yeah, if you ever think about making me a fanart or a custom version of Manic, remember that #MyManic is an easy way to get it on my fyp
